By purchasing my services (Live2D /Artwork), you automatically agree to this T.O.S and any other clauses we have agreed upon in DMs.

If you do not agree with those terms, I reserve the right to refuse your commission.

Violating this T.O.S will lead to being blacklisted indefinitely without a warning.

You are allowed to display my work on social media as long as it is properly credited and linked to me.

If you use the model/rig on your twitch, twitter or youtube, please, credit me in your about me or bio.

You are NOT allowed to claim my work as your own.

Art commissions are for personal use only (avatars, wallpapers ...). For commercial rights, check the Commercial Rights Policy below.

Unless you have a commercial license, you may not use the artwork for any kind of profitable redistribution or merch unless agreed upon.

You are not allowed to change, modify or edit my work without my permission. Included but not limited to: tracing, recoloring, redrawing ...)

You are NOT allowed to redistribute or share my art in the goal to support NFT or anything related to NFT's. This is applicable for every commission, no matter if you have commercial rights or not.

I reserve the right to post updates or finished products on my social media unless stated otherwise before the commission.

I reserve the right to put your commission progress on my Trello. If you want to keep it secret, please, let me know beforehand.

I reserve the right to use your commission for promotional reasons (use in my portfolio etc..).

I reserve the right to stream the process unless stated otherwise before the commission.

I reserve the right to watermark art my work. If you have paid a Commercial License, you will be provided a non watermark version too.

I retain all copyright over my work. You will always be credited for the design.

I will never take credit for the design unless I made it. I will also not reuse the design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

You are responsible for checking if your own system is capable of handling the Live2D rig.

I reserve the rights to refuse any commission for any reason.

If I do not receive any responce back from the customer after 1 month, I reserve the right to terminate the commission and use the said work however I see fit. This will be handled on a case by case basis, so make sure to warn me ahead of time.

Commercial Rights Policy:

The pourcentage is set on case by case basis.

0% fee: Posting on social media and personnal use. (Make sure to credit if posted on social media)

15% fee: Usage of art for banners, panels, overlay on any platform linked to any profitable business.

50% fee: Usage for promoting a profitable event (Subathon etc..)

80% fee: Usage for reselling purposes. (Merch ...)

Emotes can be used on your profitable platform without any extra fee. You can use them to promote events or on your visuals like banners as you wish. You are required to credit me in the bio/description of whatever profitable platform you use them on. If you want to make merch, you will have to pay the 80% fee.

Live2D models always have commercial rights included.

Payment will be through Paypal Invoice only.

I only accept Euros (€) as currency. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

I am not responsible for any mistakes made on your part over the course of the transaction.

I will be the one initiating the transaction to avoid accidental transactions.

50-100% of the payment have to be sent first, the rest is due upon completion.

The prices are BASE prices. I reserve the right to raise the price depending on the complexity of your commission and your expectations. This will be discussed before the payment.

In case of Live2D rigging, I will save your file up to 6 months. If you decide to add to your rig (like an expression etc..), you will only be charged the price of the addition. After this delay, you will have to commission me again fully. If you plan to commission again within 12 months since completion, let me know and I will keep your file up longer.

Full refunds can be issued if I haven't started the commission yet or I decide to withdraw before starting. Partial refunds will be given if the commission has been started, the refund will depend on the amount of work finished.

If I decide to withdraw from the commission due to problems that are hurting my person or mental health, you may be issued a full or partial refund upon discussion.

If I cannot fulfill your commission by the given deadline, you will be refunded some money proportionate to how long it takes.

If I was to have an important problem like hospitilization and I cannot deliever the commission to you anytime soon, you will be refunded at 100%.

I can only refund 80% if there are errors with paypal fees, taxes or transfer fees.

You are not allowed to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You must contact me if there is any issue with paypal that could lead to a chargeback or refund.

If chargebacks are issued without warning or discussion anytime during or after a commission, the commission will be terminated and you will lose the right to use said commission.

You must contact me to cancel a commission.

I will not refund if the commission is atleast 80% done.

I will not refund at any point AFTER the commission is finished no matter what reason there is.

I will not refund if: Client has untruthfully expressed satisfaction or has intentionally kept negative feedback or revisions to themselves leading to dissatisfaction.

After refund, the commission is terminated. You will have to commission again at full price if you want to work with me again.

After I approve of your commission, I will go through the PSD and talk to you about additional features or problems. After agreement, I will send a Paypal Invoice and will start work only once I have received payment.

I usually rig in this order: Eyes/mouth + Physics > Head angles > Hair > Hair physics > Body angles (Z, X, Y) > Body Physics > Expressions and extra

You will get an update at each big stage stated before, at which, you will be able to ask for small revisions.

Feel free to contact me ANYTIME if you want to ask questions or give feedback on the WIP's sent.

Once the model is complete, I will send the last Invoice after giving you a final showcase. Once I receive the payment, I will send you the file through google drive link. At this stage, you can try your model and tell me any issues you encounter with the rigging. I will fix them as much as I can. If you realize issues within 3 months since the end of the commission, you can ask me to adjust for free. Keep in mind that if the revisions are major, you will have to pay a fee (unless the problems comes from my own mistake)

If needed, I will also walk you through how to change your VTS settings to fine tune your rig to your taste.

After I approve of your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice and start working once I receive payment.

After I finish the sketch, I will be sending your a WIP and ask for any major changes that needs to be made. If it includes a big change in design or character, you may be charged extra.

Once you are fine with the sketch, I will work in this order: Flat Colors > Shadows > Lights > Rendering. You will receive a WIP at each of those stages and you are allowed to make color revisions or give me feedback.

Please, make sure to point out color mistakes. I do not perceive a wide range of colors hence I am more than grateful if you tell me any mistake I might have made. Thank you for understanding.

If the revisions include me drawing in a different style, I will not accept it.

After the sketch is finished, major revisions like a change of design will be charged.

Once the artwork is done, I will send a low resolution small preview. This is where you can do the last revisions. If you are fine with it, I will be sending the last Invoice and send you the High resolution one after I receive the payment.

I reserve the right to reject any request of revision for my own reasons. This will be handled on a case by case basis.

For each commission, I expect visual references. The more references, the more likely you are to be chosen for the slot.

My prices are subject to change as I gain more experience and add more advanced features.
